Minor League Division 2 The team got their season back on track with a good win against Ballyhaunis on Wednesday 15th April with a score of 3-13 to 0-5. It was followed up by a fine win at home to Mayo Gaels 4-15 to 1-6 on Friday 17th April. Next up for the Minor Team is an away trip to our neighbours Kiltimagh tonight (Friday 24th April) at 6:45pm. Church Gate Collection Swinford GAA Bord na nOg would like to thank all who supported our church gate collection recently and special thanks to all who manned the various gates. Michael Walsh Intermediate Cup Swinford defeated Parke on a scoreline of 2-10 to 1-8 in Round 2 of the Michael Walsh Intermediate Cup. We led for most of the way but a comeback by Parke had them leading by a point going into the last five minutes before a late flurry of scores from Swinford including points from Paul McDonagh and Kevin Doyle plus a goal by Liam Moran sealed the win.
