Swinford GAA 50/50 draw

The club 50/50 draw was held in Eurospar and Sean McDonagh of Midfield won €331

Envelopes are available in business premises in town and online through www.swinfordgaa.ie where tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10/25/52 weeks or from club officers.

The next draw will be in Melletts on the 3rd August. Draw envelopes available for €2 each or 3 for €5.

Swinford babies of 1951

Plans are now progressing to celebrate the 70^th birthday of all who arrived into this world in 1951 in the Swinford area. The event will hopefully take place over the October Bank Holiday weekend, with the main get-together in The Gateway Hotel on Saturday 23^rd October. It is also proposed to hold other events over that weekend.
