  Befriending Programme. Mayo North East are looking for volunteers to befriend 3 Syrian families in Swinford. The volunteers will assist the families in home management and social activities. Two people will visit the families for 1-2 hours a week at a time that suits the families. Volunteers will be required to take part in an interview, Garda vetting and 2 training sessions. Buildings of Mayo Photo Exhibition This touring photographic exhibition will visit Swinford Cultural Centre this month. It promotes the publication of the Mayo survey of the built heritage of the county. The Photo exhibition will take place from October 12th 2019 19:00 – 20-00 (Launch evening) Until October 25th 2019.
