Swinford Agricultural Show Quiz
There will be a table quiz in aid of Swinford Agricultural Show on Friday the 18th of January next.
The Table Quiz will be held in “The Front” at the Gateway Hotel beginning at 9.30. This will be a family friendly event with finger food being provided on the night, complements of the Gateway Hotel. Please support.

Yogalates & Bums & Tums
2 Yogalates Classes Run Every Monday In The Cultural Centre Swinford, beginning back on Monday January 21st.
First at 1pm Lunchtime Yogalates, this is a 45 minute Class. The second is Yogalates By Candlelight at 7pm and runs for 1 Hour. Both Classes are For Beginners so join anytime and Classes are Pay As You Go. We start with Yoga Poses so you can start To Heal and Breathe Then Pilates For Strengthening Your Core, then we move on To Stretching To Renew Your Muscles and Help with Posture and Finish with Relaxation. Please Bring your own Mat, Blanket and Cushion. This is Good For Chronic Conditions, Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, High Blood Pressure & Fatigue To name a few. Swinford & District Gardening Club will hold its annual dinner on 26th January at 7.30 pm in the Gateway Hotel. Everyone is welcome to attend. Ticket: €30. Contact 0876206607 for tickets.
The AGM of Swinford and District Gardening Club will take place on 29th January in the Gateway Hotel at 8.30pm. Refreshments served afterwards. All members are requested to attend.
Swinford & District Gardening Club presented €2550.00 to the new Mayo Down Syndrome Regional Centre Project, Swinford. This was raised by the club at their recent Christmas Floral Demonstration. Many thanks to all who helped and contributed so generously to this worthy cause.
