Síamsa Sráide Table Quiz
The annual Síamsa Sráide Table Quiz takes place on Friday, July 20th at 9pm in Boland’s. Please support this fun Quiz.
Swinford Gardening Club
Swinford Gardening Club day trip to Sligo on Saturday 14th July. The bus will leave Swinford at 9am. The trip will include a vist to Tubbercurry Flower Festival, a tour of Lissadell House and Gardens, a visit to a “secret garden”, a garden centre and Sligo shopping centre. Blath Na Feile will return for the Síamsa Sráide Street Festival Swinford on Sat August 4th at 8pm in The Gateway Hotel.
The winner receives an excellent prize package along with sponsorship to Mayo Rose.

First at 1pm Lunchtime Yogalates, this is a 45 minute Class. The second is Yogalates By Candlelight at 7pm and runs for 1 Hour. Both Classes are For Beginners so join anytime and Classes are Pay As You Go. We start with Yoga Poses so you can start To Heal and Breathe Then Pilates For Strengthening Your Core, then we move on To Stretching To Renew Your Muscles and Help with Posture and Finish with Relaxation. Please Bring your own Mat, Blanket and Cushion. This is Good For Chronic Conditions, Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, High Blood Pressure & Fatigue To name a few.
