Active Retirement Group takes to the trees
Members of Swinford’s Active Retirement Group took advantage of the recent fine weather for a day trip to Carrick-on-Shannon where lunch in the town was followed by a visit to Lough Key Forest Park. The last notes of Fleadh Cheoil Mhaigh Eo 2014 still echoed as the announcement was made that Swinford’s Comhaltas branch will again host the event in 2015.
