Volunteer Opportunity
We are seeking volunteers to assisting people with a disability to make friendship connections in the community. Aras Attracta needs your help to try and overcome any barriers and make a real difference in our resident’s lives. Through befriending and mentoring, you can also help to promote social inclusion, making the community we live in a better place for everybody. Training and ongoing support is available to all who get involved in our volunteer service and to safeguard everybody in the process. We also welcome your own ideas how we can make it better.
We are looking for kind, responsible people with good communications skills and a willingness to share your skills, gifts or talents with our residents.
We are looking for open and honest people who want to make our community a better place for all in it. We are also looking for people who are willing to stand up for what is right and support their friend to make positive decisions about their life.
