Swinford Killasser Under 16 Girls win Connaught Title with Mayo

Mayo under 16 girls had a great victory in the Connaught Final on Sunday. The game was played in Charlestown with a large attendance from both sides. They defeated Leitrim and will now go on to meet Laois in the All Ireland semi final on the 16th of August. Swinford Killasser are represented by two girls on the team; Venessa McHugh and Roísin Durkin. Roísin Scored 2-01 in the final. Goals do win matches, with a final score of 5-08 to 1-15!
