Under 14 Girls in Double County Finals on Wednesday

Swinford Killasser Ladies GFC Under 14 girls continued their great run when they won two County Semi Finals on Wednesday at Swinford Amenity Park. Our Division 3 team overcame Castlebar on a scoreline of 2-14 to 4-06 in a thrilling match. This was followed up with our Division 1 team completely overpowering Knockmore to also reach the County Final. Both Finals are against Kilmoremoy and are fixed for this Wednesday July 8th at James Stephens Park in Ballina. The Division 3 Final will be at 6pm and the Division 1 Final will be at 7.45.

Please come out on Wednesday and support all of our U14 girls in their two County Finals. This is a wonderful achievement by this group of exceptional young footballers, and they deserve the recognition of everyone’s support on the day. Please allow extra travel time on Wednesday as it is Heritage Day in Ballina. Good Luck girls, we know you will do Swinford Killasser Ladies GFC proud.

Under 16s beat Carnacon to Top League

Swinford Killasser Ladies GFC Under 16 girls continued their unbeaten run as they resumed League duty after the exam break, when they beat Carnacon by 2-10 to 1-05 at Swinford Amenity Park on Friday. The girls are on top of the league with the last two games on this weekend. On Friday at 7pm we play St Marys and on Monday at 7.45 we play St Brigids; both games are at home. Swinford Killasser Ladies GFC Training Tops

Swinford Killasser Ladies GFC Training Tops are currently being organized for all teams. The cost of these will be subsidised by the Club, reducing the price for players to; €20 for U16s, U18s & Seniors And €15 for U14s, U12s, U10s & U8s. Training tops are also available for non-players to order at the full price of €40. Last orders for training tops must be placed by Friday of this week.
