Swinford’s Biggest Loser – Half way Results are in!

Sunday last the 19th October saw all participants meet in the White House for our week 7 weigh in. This date also marked the half way mark in this intense competition of the battle of the bulges between the Gateway Hotel and The Whitehoue Bar. The weeks are flying and the pounds are dropping.
With the finish line of Sunday 7th December (Mark the Diary) now in sight, there is even talk of some people giving up the drink altogether while a member of the White House team was over heard asking Shane to get some Heineken Lite on tap. Rumours that Cathal is in talks with the local Slimming World consultant on a new A La Carte menu are so far proving unfounded.
All the participants are making a great effort in shedding their pounds for your euros, as all proceeds raised during the course of this competition are going directly to Our Lady’s Hospital For Sick Children Crumlin and Console. A page will be opened up shortly to allow people who wish to do so to donate online. Sponsorship cards are available around town and from the participants. All contributions are very gratefully received.
