Killasser and Knocks Schools Celebrate Their Centenary
Great celebrations are planned in Killasser from the 2nd to the 4th of August 2014. The weekend will kick off with the Willie O’Neill Memorial Football Tournament at 3pm on Saturday the 2nd, followed by a re-union social gathering in Frank’s Place at 6pm. A re-union dinner dance will take place on the Sunday night and Monday consists of a historical tour of Killasser which will finish up with a tour of Hennigan’s Heritage Centre, a Céilí at 6pm and a Barn Dance 10.30pm.
