Killasser Community Centre
A Tractor Drive in aid of Killasser Community Centre & a defibrillator battery for Callow Church will take place on Sunday 4th October 2015. The drive will commence at the centre and pass through the parish. Vantage points are available at Carramore School and the Cemetery. Registration at 2pm and drive to start at 3pm. €15 per tractor & €10 for second tractor. Participants will be entered into a draw for spot prizes. Refreshments served afterwards.
A Cake Sale will also take place in Killasser Community Centre on Sunday 4th October from 2pm onwards. We would very much appreciate contributions from the bakers of the parish for this event. Please leave cakes etc. to centre before 2pm. Contact 086 8783535.
As mentioned above the defibrillator battery in Callow Church needs replacing. The battery costs around €400. Proceeds from the drive and cake sale will go towards the purchase of a new battery and we would very much appreciate the support of the parish and in particular those from Callow for this important initiative.
